Welcome to Your Missionary Outreach
(hereafter called YMO)

This is the Mission sending unit of The Missionary Church International. Our goal is to help you to fulfill God’s calling on your life. We are a Trans-denominational Christian ministry, naming among our members people from many different denominations (Baptists, United Methodists, Pentecostals, Charismatic, Anglican, and others) all sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  When folks ask us how we do this, we answer, “Jesus is the glue that binds us together.”  We are in ministry to advance the Kingdom of God; therefore; we do not care who gets the credit as long as the Kingdom of God is increased.
 
We invite you to join the hundreds of ‘Faith Based’ churches and ministries in the United States and in foreign lands who are making a difference for the Kingdom of God by working together under the covering of TMCI.

Maybe YMO is your gateway.
 
YMO is a faith-based missionary sending agency, which means each missionary is expected to raise his own support.  The financial requirements for going as a missionary with YMO are much smaller.  
 
Services YMO offers to the long-term missionary are:

1. Gifts to the missionary are receipted and thank you letters are sent to donors.
2. Funds are deposited in the missionary’s bank account weekly.  The missionary may withdraw these funds through checks or debit card.
3. A monthly summary of gifts received with names, addresses and date of receipt of gift is e-mailed to the missionary.
4. Where needed, proof of tax exemption is provided to donors.
5. At TMCI’s connection conferences, a mission’s project is highlighted and an offering received for that project.
6. Work teams are encouraged and led by TMCI folks.  These teams can be for construction or for evangelizing and training.

As of this writing (February 2007), the above listed services are done at no charge.  (We even provide the postage and paper for the receipt letters.)  TMCI does, however, request that missionaries tithe on their missions gifts.  We believe that God’s economy is based on the tithe, and that YMO is doing “Levite work” for the missionary in the field. 

We can also serve you by:

1. Issuing you a 501 (c) (3) charter and ordination.  (See our home page for application)
2. Helping you set up a budget
3. We can help you obtain medical insurance
4. We would supply a free website, a bulletin board that you can update and e-mail address
5. We can connect you with some of our existing missionaries for apprenticeship
6. We can offer you short term missions to different countries
7. Once you are established, we can encourage our people to do short term mission to help you in your ministry
